All orders that are $100.00 CAD and up (before tax) will be eligible for free complimentary shipping during checkout.
We strongly believe that your shopping experience is not over until you physically receive your items. Therefore, we have implemented several shipping options with different transit times and costs to better suit your needs.
Live shipping rates are displayed during the order checkout. These rates are calculated by the shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.
We charge you only what we pay.
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and fulfilled. Due to an increasing amount of orders with each sale and high demand during holiday seasons please expect for longer than regular shipping times.
Some times may take longer to ship than others. Free complimentary shipping may also experience slightly longer transit time than paid shipping options.
95% of our orders arrive in under 10 days however you can expect the following transit times:
- North America: 3-5 business days after fulfillment
- International: 5-10 business days after fulfillment
Delivery times provided are estimations and are not guaranteed. In rare cases, some variability such as courier errors or customs delays may cause the shipment to take longer than usual but don't worry because we will provide you support every step of the way!
Once your tracking information becomes available - you will automatically be notified via email. Stay informed about your order's status and track your shipment through our Order Tracker.
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure they get to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will be given individual tracking numbers for each item.
If you placed an order with the incorrect shipping address, as long as you contact us before your order is shipped, we will be able to change your shipping address.
Alternatively, if you do not inform us about the correct shipping address or it's considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be a good idea to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Customs & Import Duties
Please note Vader Aesthetics does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country and will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Vader Aesthetics accept any orders back due to the rejection of customs charges.
Vader Aesthetics is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
