Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase - you may choose to refund or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your order. We can not offer any refunds or exchanges after this time period has passed.
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. We are so confident in our products that we will gladly accept returns for unsatisfactory purchases.
We understand that return shipments may take some time, therefore we just need the return items to be shipped during this time period (not delivered).
To be eligible for a refund:
- Purchased items must be unwashed and unworn with original tags
- Customers will be responsible for return postage costs
- Shipping fees will not be refundable (if applicable)
Exchanges are applicable if your product was received in a defective or damaged state. We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to email@example.com - then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
