CHECKOUT & PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all different types of payment options ranging from Credit, Debit, or Prepaid/Gift Cards. Payment methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We accept multiple currencies. Select your currency through our currency selector to view prices and checkout using your preferred currency. Your prices will be automatically converted based on the foreign exchange rate.
Supported currencies include:
- Australian dollar (AUD)
- Canadian dollar (CAD)
- Euro (EUR)
- Pound sterling (British pound) (GBP)
- United States dollar (USD)
Don't worry if your local currency isn't mentioned above. You can checkout using one of the listed currencies and the transaction will be converted to your local currency upon successful payment completion.
Our store defaults to CAD since we are based in Canada however you can easily change the store currency for your convenience.
If you are on a computer - click on the currency icon located on the top right-corner, next to the cart.
If you are on a phone/tablet - click on the currency icon located on the bottom-right corner of the main menu.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders that are $150.00 CAD and up (before tax) will be eligible for free complimentary shipping during checkout.
Live shipping rates are calculated during checkout. The shipping costs are based on your shipping method, delivery destination, and carrier pricing.

The transit time of your order depends on the shipping option selected during checkout as well as the delivery destination. Some items may take longer to be shipped than others (you can review transit times for each items on their respective product page).
It takes 1-3 business days to process your order. After your order has been successfully fulfilled - the average shipping times are:
North America: 3-5 business days after fulfillment
International: 5-10 business days after fulfillment
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier website. Now you’ll be able to track your delivery status while it is in transit and out for delivery.
Vader Aesthetics will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.
In the unlikely cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, we would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the shipping address. We advise to reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."
We take pride in using the highest quality materials for our products, which means that our products are very durable and should not be damaged during transit. So as long as you don't rip into anything with scissors or decide to test the melting point of our products this should not happen!
In the rare case that your product gets damaged during shipment, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods to be sent to email@example.com for verification.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Yes, you can request to refund or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your order. We can not offer any refunds or exchanges after this time period has passed.

Need to swap a size or have your eyes set on something completely different? No problem at all! We also gladly accept returns for unsatisfactory purchases.
If you want to return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Email Address linked to the Order Number
- Your Return/Exchange Request
We'll get back to you to confirm your eligibility and necessary information to start the return process. Keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse. Please note that business days do not include weekends and the return/exchange countdown begins after the items have been scanned back in our warehouse.
If you require your replacement item within 2 weeks of you receiving your initial product, we recommend re-ordering and sending your current item back for a refund.
We do not contact our customers as soon as we have received your return/exchange item, only when we have processed a return/exchange so there’s no need to panic if you haven’t heard from us – we’re just working our way through your request.

Yes we can change the order size as long as you contact us before your order is shipped out. It is not possible to change the details of your order if it has departed our facility and is with the courier.

Include a brief explanation with a photo or video showing the issue with your item and your current shipping address. We will review the submission against our warranty policy and respond back with a possible resolution if applicable.
There are several reasons an order can be cancelled and refunded.
If our system detects there is inaccurate information regarding the order, our team will reach out via email to confirm these details. If there is no successful response from the customer after 2 business days, we will move forward and deem the order cancelled.
Vader Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. We have an algorithm in place to detect such orders. These orders will be notified by email and will be refunded in full.
We can only change your shipping address prior to your order being fulfilled and shipped. Unfortunately we cannot make address changes after this point.
However, if the order has not been shipped we can attempt to make that change. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Address Change”.
If we are unsuccessful in making the address change for you - we ask that you contact the shipping company used in your email confirmation with your tracking number. If the package does not make it to you and is Returned To Sender we will reship the package when it returns to our warehouse. *An additional fee may be applied for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

You will need to provide the order number for the gift and original customer name.
Your email and inquiry is important to us. We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 1 business day.
Our mailbox is monitored between 9 AM - 5 PM EST. Our customer service department is still active during weekends and holidays but delays are to be expected during this time period.
